Board Members

Nana is an investment banker with over 22 years of experience in financial advisory, pension and investment consulting, asset management, research, and training. Nana has led and also assisted in executing major investment banking transactions collectively in excess of US$ 8 billion for debt restructuring, acquisitions, management buyouts, expansion and recapitalization across several sectors, including telecoms, infrastructure, energy, real estate, mining, aviation, commodities and finance for both private and public corporates across Africa.

Nana is a Co-founder and Executive Director of C-NERGY Ghana Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of C-NERGY Global Holdings (C-NERGY), an advisory and investment banking services firm registered in South Africa.  Prior to co-founding C-NERGY, Nana was Head of Corporate Finance for Ecobank Capital’s Anglophone West Africa (excluding Nigeria) investment banking business. Prior to joining Ecobank Capital, Nana was an Assistant Vice President at Boulders Advisors Limited an investment advisory firm in Ghana.

Nana holds an MPhil and Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Economics both from the University of Ghana. He is a member of the International Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (IACVA).
