Board Members

Franklin Nana Addai is a Corporate Lawyer with relevant experience in Energy Law, Construction law, Employment law and Litigation. Mr. Addai is the Head of the Legal & Board Secretariat of the Bui Power Authority. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.

He also holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Governance and Leadership from the University of Ghana and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Addai is one of the lead lawyers in Ghana’s Nuclear Power Programme. In this field, he holds a Diploma in Nuclear Law from the University of Montpellier and has attended several international courses and conferences in nuclear law and energy. In 2019 he was appointed as the Board Secretary of Nuclear Power Ghana Limited.

Mr. Addai is a member of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International and previously held the position of vice president in the Prestige Chapter. He is also a member of the Parochial Church Council of the St George’s Garrison Anglican Church, Burma Camp, and serves as the chairperson of the Finance Committee.
