ADVISORY BOARD
The Advisory board is the body responsible for governing the foundation. The board makes sure the NGO’s mission is carried out legally, ethically and effectively and provides advisory services to guide the affairs of the foundation. The advisory board is answerable to the Board of directors of the Morning Dew Family.
The members of the advisory board shall be:
❖ Two (2) independent directors from the board of directors of Morning Dew Family
❖ The President
❖ Vice Presidents
❖ JMC Directors
❖ NGO Director- secretary
One independent director chosen by President will chair the meeting. Meeting frequency shall be quarterly.
RUN COMMITTEE
The dew Foundation run committee chaired by the Director of NGO will be in charge of the day to day management and raising of funds for the foundation. The committee shall also seek to partner firms and solicit for funding from donor funds. The Director of NGO reports to the Vice President, in charge of Ministry on all projects.
Members of the run committee are the following:
- Stephanie Dowuona – Chair and in charge of fund raising.
- Francisca Conduah – Secretary
- Vida Opoku – Member in charge of strategy development
- Semira Jaaji – Member in charge of Finance
- Nelly Agyemang – Member in charge of business development and grants
- Efua Quansah – Member in charge of monitoring and evaluation
- Mavis Akwei – Member
- Belinda Asabrah – Member
- Sandra Okaijah – Member
- Naa Angerley Anterkyi- Member
- Head of media and communications – Member
Other members may be co-opted into the committee on need basis after approval is obtained from management.
